Consulting Services

Effective Governance
Effective governance covers many areas, including running productive board meetings, reviewing bylaws, designing conflict of interest policies, developing controls for contracts and payments, as well as creating board training plans. We'll review your policies and procedures to ensure your organization is set up for success.

Project Management & Implementation
Rolling out new projects can be exciting, but often requires extra hands and skills. Whether it's researching and implementing new grants or project management software, coordinating an office relocation, developing an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework or creating business continuity/resiliency plans, we can assist from start to finish and keep things moving forward on schedule.

Systems Streamlining
"That's the way we've always done it" is a common refrain, but it doesn't mean it's the best way. Sometimes it just takes a fresh perspective to identify processes that are overly complicated or consist of four steps for something that can be done just as effectively with two. We'll work together to find solutions to improve your organization's efficiency.
Interim Support
Nonprofit organizations and small foundations often operate with limited staff, which sometimes makes it difficult for those staff to take leave or sabbaticals because there is no one to cover for them.
